Fitness Inspired Confidence
SweatDreams is an immersive, high-intensity functional fitness workout. Inspired by the pursuit of confidence through fitness, our superstar instructors guide you through class—helping you lose yourself in the workout, the music, the experience. We workout as one, throw imaginary dollar bills at each other as we squat, hype one-another up, and often scream out our favorite lyrics at the top of our lungs. It’s an inspiring fitness party and you’re about to be obsessed.
First Class
A rushed first class experience is no fun. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to make sure our studio staff can help prep you for an epic first workout. Once you’re there, introduce yourself to the trainer. They will have a trainer headset on and will be excited to help get you set up.
They’ll show you around the space—including the studio, bathrooms, lockers, the works.
They’ll also help you get warmed up, check if you need any personalized exercise substitutions, and help with anything else you may need for your workout.
The Workout
SweatDreams classes are challenging, results driven and often include advanced functional fitness terminology, programming and pacing—but feel free to go at your own pace, take a break, chill out if you want to. Remember this is your workout.
Our classes feel a lot like a dance party—It’s loud, sweaty and fun. The playlists and inspiring messages are curated by our instructors individually for each class. No two workouts are ever the same.
Our workouts always begin with an explanation by the trainer, a warm-up, and then we move on to the main workout where you will break off into your starting station. (Tip: your starting station is normally based on which locker you choose when you arrive, they are all numbered).
Once the workout begins you will follow a structured circuit of exercises that will have been thoroughly explained in the pre-class explanation. The class designed to release endorphins with every round and sprint.
We recommend trying all of our classes in the weekly program, they all have a different vibe.
The Results
If you can do SweatDreams. You can do anything.
Our members results speak for themselves. Fitness transformations like you’ve never seen before. But, you will never see us post a physical transformation picture. SweatDreams is about much more than that. Our program intentionally designed to inspire breakthrough moments both physically and mentally.
